LT025/V A1— The Workhorse - A Rebirth
The LT025/V is a droppable plate carrier that we introduced in 2014. Now considered a true classic, this reliable plate carrier has been reconditioned for even better performance in the field. Like the original, this new version is made from 500 denier CORDURA® and continues to offer popular features such as the ability to completely eject the carrier with a cable pull system, separate compartments for soft and hard ballistics, a removable front flap and the ability to also sideways To carry soft ballistics.
We made sure to retain these classic features in the new A1 version, as users of the previous generation LT025/V over the last decade have confirmed that the existing set-up works well was. However, we were and are of the opinion that a few improvements are necessary to ensure that your equipment continues to "work" at its best.
But if you're also interested in trying something new then don't worry - the new A1 version can be easily converted into the other new A2 configuration by using the Upgrade Kit Plate Carrier Set LT025 /V-A2-ZUB (sold separately) and swap the included A1 hip belt for the upgrade kit's skeleton hip belt and the back panel for the A2 back panel with zipper options.
It's the details that matter
The LT025/V A1 drop plate carrier meets Lindnerhof's new, improved processing standards, which cover all aspects of product design, manufacturing and processing. Incidentally, these standards were largely shaped by continuous feedback from users. For example, we were able to address the problem of the elastic band on the hip belt wearing out quickly; The new A1 plate carrier is accordingly equipped with a new, more durable rubber band.

An important feature of the LT025/V that we have retained in the new A1 version is the two-part release system.
This gives you two options for throwing off the plate carrier:
Option 1—Pull the cable on the shoulder strap to completely jettison the plate carrier (you choose the side on which to do this you attach the release handle).
Option 2—Pull the cable at the bottom of the back panel to release only the waist belt (use this option if you need to treat a wounded person or perform a medical check but don't want to expose yourself to the greater risk associated with removing your plates and attached equipment).
